A 10 week experience for the woman who no longer wants to simply function through her life. She wants to feel present, calm, safe, and connected to who she truly is beneath the constant doing.

This is for the woman who no longer wants to simply survive her life. She wants to be fully present, energized, and connected.

You’ve learned to be successful, but not how to feel safe. Eventually the body starts speaking: 

Burnout, exhaustion, anxiety, hormone issues, overwhelm, irritability, mood swings, feeling emotionally numb. 

Rooted is where we begin to unravel that. 

This isn’t a program about perfection, about doing more. It’s about becoming rooted in your most aligned self.

This is for the woman who desires to feel calm in her body.
Grounded instead of constantly rushing.
Energized without relying on caffeine or adrenaline to get through the day.

She wants to wake up feeling clear and in control of her day, not the anxious energy and dread she has.

She’s used to holding it all and doing it all, which leaves her feeling depleted every night. She desires the energy that comes with nourishing her body, feeling grounded, feeling safe.

She wants to feel:

  • emotionally present with her partner and children

  • more intentional with how she lives

  • deeply connected to herself

Rooted was created because so many women are surviving instead of truly living.

I created Rooted because I see this pattern in women over and over again: we’ve become deeply disconnected from our bodies, our needs, and ourselves, primarily because we were never taught another way. 

We live in a rushed, overstimulating society that praises productivity, pressure, and pushing through. Over time, women lose touch with what their body truly needs to feel safe, nourished, energized, and healthy. 

One of the most common themes I see in the women I work with is nervous system dysregulation- constantly living in stress, urgency, hypervigilance, and “go mode.” And eventually, that stress begins showing up physically through exhaustion, bloating, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, inflammation, anxiety, burnout, and disconnection from self.

And while we may not be able to completely change our jobs, responsibilities, or life circumstances overnight, we can change how we support and care for our body within them.

I created Rooted to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and become the version of themselves they were always meant to be: grounded, regulated, nourished, embodied, and fully alive in their own life again. 


Rooted is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before survival mode took over.

Rooted is for the woman who:

  • Wakes up immediately dreading the day ahead

  • Hits the 5 AM workout class despite her bone deep exhaustion

  • Doesn’t know how to slow down and relax even if she had time

  • Survives on coffee and protein bars, then crashes in the afternoon

  • Snaps at her partner during the short time she actually sees them 

  • The only time she “rests” is scrolling on her phone before bed 

  • Worries about keeping the peace at work with her colleagues at the expense of her own well being. 

  • Feels so drained after working 8 hours that getting through dinner and bathtime becomes a chore

  • Desires to connect to her body despite her busy life 

  • Saying no feels unsafe 

  • Equates productivity with worthiness

  • Lives in go mode and doesn’t know how to just be 

  • Can’t go a day without her afternoon Alani

  • Tries to “heal perfectly” which includes frequent workouts and clean eating, but still doesn’t feel healthy no matter what she does 

  • Feels inflamed and puffy most days no matter how clean she eats

  • Knows she’s capable of feeling so much better than this.

Rooted blends nervous system work, subconscious healing, feminine embodiment, and foundational physical support.

During our 10 weeks together, you’ll begin shifting how you move through life and learn how to create safety, nourishment, presence, and connection from the inside out.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • the conditioning and subconscious patterns that shaped you

  • the “good girl,” people pleasing, over functioning tendencies keeping you exhausted

  • how chronic stress has impacted your body, energy, hormones, digestion, and emotions

  • what drains your energy vs what truly nourishes you

  • how to reconnect with your intuition, body signals, emotions, and feminine energy

  • how to create boundaries, regulation, and self-trust

  • how to nourish your body physically through nutrition, blood sugar support, minerals, movement, and nervous system safety

  • how to bring more joy, softness, beauty, magic, and intentionality into your everyday life

  • how to stop merely performing your life and actually feel present within it

This is deep inner work paired with grounded physical support.

I’ve been there

I thought I was healthy and doing everything right

But looking back, there was so much that needed to change. I was incredibly disconnected from my body, my emotions, my needs.

When I was in my nurse practitioner job, I would wake up at 4:15, drink pre workout, did a tough work out (how else would I get results?)

I’d get a shower, coffee (so much caffeine), got my kids ready. Then I was off to work. My job didn’t necessarily seem high stress, but it involved anticipating others needs, being hyper vigilant for a minimum of 8 hours.

At one point I was so exhausted I needed coffee just for my 40 minute commute home. Once home, it was 1-2 glasses of wine to unwind (I assumed that’s what everyone did).

At the end of the day I truly had nothing left to give.

No real energy to be fully present with my husband or kids.
No capacity for joy, connection.

I was surviving on adrenaline, caffeine, willpower. And I honestly didn’t know any different.

What was I missing?

  • Not listening to my inner voice

  • Ignoring my needs

  • Numbing and staying busy to avoid feeling emotions

  • Being the “good girl” because I didn’t know any different

  • No boundaries

But I thought I was healthy. I thought I was doing the right things.

I didn’t even know there was any other way.

Rooted isn’t about abandoning the life you’ve built. It’s about learning how to finally feel present within it.

Inside Rooted, you’ll become:

Regulated:

No longer living in fight or flight, urgency, pressure, hyper vigilance.  We learn to create safety in the body and nervous system which radiates to your external world. 


Nourished:

Mind, body, and soul. You’ll learn how to deeply care for yourself physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually, creating a life that truly supports and replenishes you.


Embodied:

Reconnect with your intuition, feminine wisdom, and authentic needs. You’ll become deeply attuned to your body, emotions, and inner voice instead of constantly overriding them.


When you feel safe, supported, and connected internally, everything changes:

Your energy, relationships, hormones, digestion, inflammation, presence, and the way you move through your life.

  • Awakens feeling calm and in control of your day, ready for the magic ahead. 

  • She knows what gives her energy and what drains it (including certain toxic people), and what to do to protect it moving forward 

  • No longer living in survival mode that you thought was just a personality trait. Now you feel calm and regulated

  • Honors her body’s needs: rest, food, movement, not out of punishment but out of devotion 

  • She creates moments of magic throughout her day: Slowly sipping her coffee, getting sunlight that radiates every cell of her being, laughs with her children, romanticizes the everyday things 

  • She feels present and interactive at dinner with her family instead of being exhausted and irritable

  • She is in tune with her body: she is aware when she needs to slow down, when she needs to honor her hunger cues, notices when there is stress in her body, trusts her bodies cues 

  • She treats herself with care instead of like a machine 

  • She lays down at night when a full heart, grateful for the day instead of dreading the start of tomorrow 

  • She is playing a full part of her life, no longer just getting by 

  • She moves her body in ways that bring joy and in devotion to her body, not out of punishment 

  • She feels more alive than she ever has 

  • Chooses nourishment out of self respect and joy, and is no longer tied to what fits in her macros or restriction 

  • Has bite sized magic fit into her day that helps her feel grounded, calm, and joyful. 

  • No longer chronically swollen and puffy 

  • Her body feels relaxed instead of constantly tense and bracing 

  • Her periods are easier than she could’ve imagined

10 weeks together

We’ll meet weekly for 10 weeks inside a supportive, group coaching container.

Our 1 hour calls will be over Zoom on Wednesdays at 12 PM CST beginning June 24. These will be recorded if you are unable to attend but participation generally yields better results.

These calls are where education, nervous system support, and real life implentation come together.


Ongoing communication

Between calls, you’ll have access to our private group for communication through an app called Telegram. This is great for:

  • Questions

  • Ongoing support

  • Accountability

  • Wins and breakthroughs

  • Encouragement from other women

This is where integration and deeper support happens


Optional HTMA add on

For women wanting a more personalized look at what’s happening beneath the surface, you have the option to add on a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).
